Dr. LaNeve is a 1991 graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania. He currently resides in the Pine-Richland area with his wife, Dayna, and their five children. Dr. LaNeve is very involved in the local Rotary and has served on the board of directors, as well as serving as President in 1998. He has volunteered his time by serving as a board member for the area’s Emergency Medical Service and started a Cosmetic Dental Center for battered women in 1996. Dr. LaNeve is now involved in the “Give Back a Smile” program sponsored by the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. This program was developed to help victims of domestic violence.

In order to keep his dental practice on the cutting edge, Dr. LaNeve devotes a great deal of time to continuing education. He has attended numerous courses in all aspects of dentistry, including week long courses with hands on training sponsored by the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. LaNeve devotes numerous hours to perfecting cosmetic techniques. He has lectured on topics such as veneers, resin bonding, porcelain crowns, whitening techniques and implants. With past and current memberships in the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Dental Association, you can be sure that the quality of work you receive will be top notch. Dr. LaNeve is also a member and guest lecturer for the Seattle Study Club. He is affiliated with four cosmetic journals and two study groups. He has lectured to local groups on advanced dental techniques, cosmetic procedures and has been a guest speaker at Case Western University Dental School. He is also certified to teach other dentists on the use of Air Abrasion Technology (this takes the place of the drill in removing cavities, no drill – no needles). Dr. LaNeve has been featured on Fox 53, Channel 11 News and has been profiled in local newspapers.
